BSES announces Rs 300 cashback on timely payment of Electricity Bills

New Delhi : In a bid to promote digital transactions, BSES, one of the major power companies in Delhi, have announced a cashback of Rs 300 on first three bills of 2018 paid online on-time. The company has also announced an added discount for advance payment of April 2018 bill.

BSES has partnered with Mobikwik for the offer, both its companies - BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd (BRPL) and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd (BYPL) - will give the monetary benefits to consumers.

Consumers in Delhi can avail a cashback of Rs 300 on their electricity bills paid through Mobikwik before the due date. An additional cashback will be given for pre-payment of BSES for April.

“By simply paying their bills in time, along with pre-payment of their April bill, they can get a cashback of Rs 1,200. To be eligible, they simply have to pay three consecutive BRPL or BYPL bills, which can also include the prepayment of the April 2018 bill,” BSES release said.

The consumers will be provided with a special coupon that will be required while making a payment via Mobikwik.

“The coupon for January will be SMSed in February, for February and March in March itself. Coupon for paying the April bill will be also SMSed in March 2018.

“A consumer has to redeem the coupons received in January, February and March 2018 between March 16 and 31 for paying BRPL or BYPL bill of April or its prepayment,” it added.
