Fuel prices at new high, petrol at 87.60/litre in Delhi
New Delhi : Fuel prices in the country touched new highs as the petrol in Delhi was retailing at Rs 87.60/litre, 70 paisa more than what it costed on Tuesday. Diesel registered a hike of 27 paisa.
In the national capital, diesel has been priced at Rs 77.73 per litre. With new hike in the prices, petrol and diesel in Mumbai were priced at Rs 94.12 per litre and Rs 84.63 per litre respectively.
In Bengaluru, petrol now costs Rs 90.53 per litre after a 70 paise hike, diesel price stands at Rs 82.40 per litre.
Crude oil prices on Tuesday reached around $60 per barrel.
