GATE 2019 score card on March 20: Confirmed
New Delhi : GATE 2019 results have been announced by IIT Madras on March 15 and now students are eagerly waiting for their score card. This year, the result of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering has been declared a day before the scheduled date. Officials confirmed that the GATE 2019 score cards will be released online on March 20. Candidates who have appeared for the exam may download the score card from GATE official website before June 1
GATE 2019 score card validity
Interested candidates may download the GATE 2019 result and the GATE 2019 score card from the official website using their registration details as login credentials. The scores are valid for three years from the date of declaration of the result.
It must be noted that GATE exam 2019 was conducted in multiple sessions. As a result, there has been a little variation in the difficulty level faced by the examinees. In order to counter this difference, the scores are normalized.
GATE score card importance
GATE score is a compulsory qualifying criterion for those seeking admission and/ or financial assistance to Master's programs and direct Doctoral programs in Engineering or Technology or Architecture and Doctoral programs in relevant branches of Science, in the institutions supported by the MHRD and other Government agencies.
Also, many Public Sector Undertakings use the GATE score in their recruitment process.
