New Delhi : Running low on Box Office collections, Aamir Khan's recently released movie 'Laal Singh Chaddha' has shown a ray of hope with earnings increasing marginally on the third day of the release. The movie's three-day collection has gone to a little more than Rs 27 crores.

The movie kickstarted its Box Office run a little less than expectations with Rs 11.70 crores on the release day; the earnings took a hit on the second day and dropped massively to Rs 7.26 crores.

Laal Singh Chaddha has been directed by Advait Chandan of Secret Superstar fame and written by actor-writer Atul Kulkarni. It also stars Kareena Kapoor as Laal's childhood love Rupa, Mona Singh as his mom and marks Naga Chaitanya's Bollywood debut.

What's stopping 'Laal Singh Chaddha'?

Even before the release of the movie, a section of the society had raised their voices and asked people to boycott it. Now, when the movie has been released, it has landed into a legal trouble where a case has been filed against the movie makers for showing Indian Army in a bad light.

Actor Aamir Khan has requested people to not fall for 'boycott' calls and go to theaters to watch his movie.
