Aaryan Khan Case: NCB investigation officer Sameer Wankhede transferred to Chennai

Mumbai : Days after Aaryan Khan was given clean chit over his involvement in drugs on cruise case in Mumbai, NCB investigation officer Sameer Wankhede, who had arrested Aaryan Khan, has been transferred to Chennai. There he will be joining DGARM.

The court had given a clean chit to Aaryan Khan after no substantial evidence were found against him, since then a lot of questions have been raised on Sameer Wankhede and now his transfer is being considered as a punishment to him for his poor investigation in the matter.

Last week, NCB had submitted its chargesheet in the court. Aaryan Khan and three other names were not included in the chargesheet. 

The NCB had also accepted in the court that no drugs was found on Aaryan Khan at the time of arrest. In fact, Aaryan Khan had also not consumed any drugs in the party. Post this the three people, including Aaryan Khan were given clean chit by the court.

Aaryan Khan is son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, he was arrested by NCB from a rave party on cruise over suspicion of him being involved in drug trafficking.
