Raazi Posters: Alia Bhatt as daughter, wife and a spy; trailer today
New Delhi : The long-awaited trailer for Alia Bhatt's upcoming movie Raazi will release on Tuesday. But, before that the actress shared a series of posters showing her as a daughter, wife and a spy.
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the film has been scheduled to release on May 11 this year.
Alia plays the character of Sehmat. In a series of tweets, Karan Johar first revealed her as a daughter and described the picture in beautiful words, “Strong, Emotional, Fiercely Independent. The kind of daughter everyone wants but i already have! @aliaa08 . #ShadesOfRaazi #Raazi @apoorvamehta18 @DharmaMovies and @JungleePictures @meghnagulzar @vickykaushal09”. After few minutes, he shared another poster showcasing Alia as wife and in the third poster she has been revealed as a spy.
It will be interesting to see how Alia Bhatt plays her character beautifully in the movie. Watch the three posters below:

The is believed to be based on a true story. Sehmat is a Kashmiri woman who marries a Pakistani officer with an intention to source out information and pass it on to Indian forces.
