Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi enters Rs 100-crore club

Mumbai : Actress Alia Bhatt's recent release 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' has been earning a fortune on the Box Office. The movie has now entered Rs 100-crore club.

Released on February 25, the movie defied odds of Omicron variant scare and came up with good numbers on the Box Office.

Bhansali Productions revealed on Twitter that the movie has surpassed Rs 100-crore mark. "She reigns over our hearts & the box office! Book tickets now #GangubaiKathiawadi, in cinemas now," the tweet read.

Alia Bhatt also announced the news with her fans on social media and wrote, "Happy century to Gangubai & happy vegan burger + fry to Alia. Thank you for all the love."

The film also stars Vijay Raaz, Seema Pahwa, Shantanu Maheshwari and superstar Ajay Devgn in a special appearance.
