New Delhi : Meet the iconic couple of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan on their 45th wedding anniversary. Big B took Twitter to acknowledge the heart warming wishes that his fans from across the country have been conveying to him and his wife Jaya Bachchan on the auspicious day of their life. 

Amitabh Bachchan being an avid social media user, shared a lovely throwback picture of himself with Jaya. In a greyscale photo, Big B can be seen giving a rose to his wife. As he shared the reminiscent photograph, the megastar posted: "They that give love and send greetings on our 45th marriage anniversary... my gratitude and love." (sic)

The real life also makes a great pair in the reel world. The duo has worked together in all-time classics like Zanjeer, Sholay, Mili, Abhimaan and many more.

They got married in 1973 and blessed with two children, Shweta Bachchan (now Shweta Bachchan Nanda after her marriage) and Abhishek Bachchan.

Most recently, Amitabh Bachchan share a candid picture of himself with wife Jaya Bachchan shot during an ad shoot. Big B is seen dressed in a sherwani while Jaya with smiles in a pretty dress.
