Deepika Padukone, Kartik Aaryan to feature as Radha and Krishna in Imtiaz Ali's next

New Delhi : After Deepika Padukone and Kartik Aaryan made several off-screen appearances, including a dance performance on 'Dheeme Dheeme' at the Mumbai airport, there were several speculations that they may appear soon in a movie. And it looks like director Imtiaz Ali has grabbed the opportunity to cast them together.

According to a news report, Imtiaz Ali has plans to cast them as Radha and Krishna in his upcoming movie. "Radha was always older than Krishna - Deepika is 34 to Kartik’s 29, and they will look good as a couple, following this digital-dosti that they share now," the report quoted a source.

Imtiaz had told us about Radha Krishna a while ago. “I will definitely make that film, and I want to make it in a way that it will be good. It will be on a bigger scale and I will time to make it properly,” he said.

Meanwhile, Imtiaz Ali is gearing up for the release of Love Aaj Kal 2 with Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan on February 14.
