Katrina Kaif, Hrithik Roshan to reunite with 'Satte Pe Satta'

New Delhi : The remake of old Hindi classic movie 'Satte Pe Satta' will be featuring Katrina Kaif as the female lead against Hrithik Roshan. While Katrina will be playing the character Hema Malini had played in the classic, Hrithik will be stepping into Amitabh Bachchan's shoes.

Earlier, there were rumours that the makers are finalising Deepika Padukone for the role; but the latest reports claim that it is Katrina Kaif who has been finalised for the role.

According to the reports, the source mentioned that the makers were considering many top A-list actresses for the role. Points like Hrithik was the male lead and the female lead has to fill in the shoes of Hema Malini, it was a tough call for the makers. But eventually they thought Katrina would fit the bill. The source also added that Katrina is quite honoured at the opportunity and she is also excited for the part.

The original 'Satte Pe Satta' was a story of seven brother. We already know Hrithik and Katrina being the part of the movie, it will be interesting to see who will be the other cast of the movie.
