Mission Raniganj Trailer: Akshay Kumar back with another heroic tale
New Delhi : The first official trailer for Akshay Kumar's upcoming movie Mission Raniganj has been released, showcasing heroic journey of a man saving lives of miners trapped under the debris. The movie features Parineeti Chopra as fearless and strong wife of Akshay Kumar.
The trailer begins with an accident that traps a bunch of miners working underground. As they scream and plead for help, Akshay Kumar begins rescue operations with others losing hope of their survival. In one of the dialogues, Akshay can be heard saying that he will try his best even if a single miner is alive.

Mission Raniganj is inspired from true events of late Jaswant Singh Gill, who led India's first successful coal mine rescue mission.
The movie has been scheduled to release in theaters on October 6, 2023.
'Mission Raniganj' is directed by Tinu Suresh Desai and is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Ajay Kapoor. Akshay Kumar has previously collaborated with director Tinu Suresh Desai for the crime thriller "Rustom." In addition to this, Akshay is set to appear in the Hindi remake of the Tamil drama "Soorarai Pottru," which is scheduled to release in theaters on February 16, 2024. Furthermore, he has an action thriller film "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" alongside Tiger Shroff, as well as a comedy film, "Housefull 5," in his upcoming projects.
