Salaar vs Dunki: Prabhas to fight Shah Rukh Khan this Christmas

New Delhi : Shah Rukh Khan is ruling the hearts these days with his two latest releases – 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan'; it is expected that he will again deliver a blockbuster with release of upcoming movie 'Dunki'. But, this time it will not be an easy trail as Prabhas starrer 'Salaar' will also be releasing during the same time.

If reports are to be believed then, the makers of Salaar are planning to release their movie during Christmas; an official statement on the same is likely to be made during the end of September 2023. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh made the announcement on social media. He tweeted, "Yes. It’s true… SRK Vs Prabhas, Dunki Vs Salaar this Christmas… The exhibitors have received a mail stating that #Salaar will arrive THIS CHRISTMAS [on 22 Dec 2023]… An official announcement by the producers, #HombaleFilms, will be made on Friday [29 Sept 2023]."

Helmed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar was previously scheduled to be released on September 28. It must be noted that the official statement from the makers of the movie is still awaited. While we await an official announcement regarding the release date of "Salaar," numerous theories are circulating on the internet explaining the delay. It has been reported that one of the reasons for the postponement is related to the extensive VFX work required for the film.

Talking about Dunki, it is the first collaboration between Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan. People are excited to see how the two masters come together to present an entertainment package.
