No bail for Aryan Khan today, hearing to continue on Thursday

New Delhi : Actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan will have to spend one more night in the Arthur jail as his bail hearing has been completed on Wednesday and the matter will be discussed further on Thursday.

Aryan’s bail application will be heard tomorrow after 11 am as the Judge said he has 2-3 more cases so after that, he’ll start hearing of drugs case.

Today, the hearing on the bail plea of Aryan Khan started at 2:45 pm in connection to his alleged involvement in a drugs case. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had asked to not give bail to Aryan Khan. The agency has so far arrested 20 people in the case including Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.

Aryan Khan has been charged with offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 of the NDPS Act pertaining to possession, consumption and purchase of drugs. He is currently in judicial custody and lodged at the Arthur Road prison in Mumbai.
