No summons received from CBI yet: Rhea Chakraborty

Mumbai : Actress Rhea Chakraborty and her family have not received any summon from the CBI as part of investigation in the Sushant Singh Rajput murder case, said her lawyer. He maintained that they will co-operate with the investigation agency in all possible ways.

Sushant Singh Rajput's family has accused Rhea Chakraborty of financial fraud and abetment of suicide and filed a case against her in Patna which has been upheld by the Supreme Court.

ED has questioned Chakraborty twice in the matter.

The special CBI team had landed in Mumbai on Friday after Supreme Court's order to take over the probe. This morning, a team of officials from the agency visited Waterstone Hotel in Mumbai's Andheri East as part of the probe.

On Sunday, CBI had questioned one of the staff members of Sushant Singh Rajput and his friend, both of them are the key eyewitness in the case.

Neeraj, a staff member of Mr Rajput, was called for the third consecutive day at the guest house of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) on Sunday.

34-year-old Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
