Rishi Kapoor's daughter gets permission to travel to Mumbai from Delhi

New Delhi : Rishi Kapoor's daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni has been granted permission to travel to Mumbai from Delhi. 

According to a media report, the Ambani's are sending their chartered plane for Kapoor Sahni and her family to attend the funeral, scheduled to take place today.

India is currently under lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic and the movement from one place to another can be done only with the help of a special movement pass issued by the states.

Kapoor Sahni secured permission through Ministry Of Home Affairs to be with her family.

Rishi Kapoor's last rites will be performed at the Chandanwadi crematorium in Mumbai’s Marine lines today.

The last rites will be performed by son and actor Ranbir Kapoor. He will be taken to the crematorium from the hospital.

Rishi Kapoor was admitted to the hospital two weeks back after he complained of breathing issues. His condition deteriorated on Wednesday evening and he was shifted to the ICU.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan confirmed the news of his demise and wrote, “He’s GONE .. ! Rishi Kapoor .. gone .. just passed away .. I am destroyed!” (sic)
