Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki' regains momentum on Box Office

New Delhi : Facing stiff competition from 'Salaar', Box Office collection of 'Dunki' remained below expectation on first two days of the release; but it has now gained momentum as the earnings surged on the third day. As per trade analysts, SRK starrer 'Dunki' earned Rs 26.6 crore on its third day of release. The movie stars talented actors like Taapsee Pannu, Anil Grover, Vikram Kocchar, Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal.

With a good earning on the third day, Dunki's overall domestic box office collections have reached to Rs 75.32 crores. Internationally, the movie has earned around Rs 150 crores net in first three days.

Despite stiff competition from Salaar, Shah Rukh Khan's presence in the movie has been able to fetch audiences to theatres. Meanwhile, people have also been praising director Rajkumar Hirani for his wonderful narration of tale of friendship and pursuit of dreams.

All thanks to Christmas falling on Monday, this will be a long weekend and the movie will get one extra day to make some good numbers. It is expected that Dunki will be crossing Rs 100 crore mark in domestic market by the end of long weekend.

When this happens, it will become Shah Rukh Khan's third movie in 2023 to cross Rs 100 crore mark on Box Office after Pathaan and Jawan.
