'Veere Di Wedding' Box Office collection: Fair business on Day 1
New Delhi : Kareena Kapoor Khan's comeback movie 'Veere Di Wedding' did a fair business on Box Office on Day 1. The film collected a little over Rs 10 crores that make it third highest opener of the year.
Deepika Padukone's 'Padmaavat' and Tiger Shroff's 'Baaghi 2' have better figures than this. The movie that opened to 2177 theatre screens in India this year, and about 470 screens overseas, has registered an occupancy of 33 percent in the morning shows.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared Box Office collection report of Veere Di Wedding on Day 1. He wrote, “#VeereDiWedding has a WINNING START on Day 1… Makes its way into the TOP 5 OPENERS of 2018… Expected to build up a SOLID TOTAL over the weekend… Fri ₹ 10.70 cr. India biz.”
