New Delhi : When you are hungry even the worst of food brings you the flavours. Now talk about last week release Sonakshi Sinha's 'Akira' and this week's release 'Baar Baar Dekho' starring Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra.

For me, 'Baar Baar Dekho' was watchable only for the reason, Akira was there to bore you to the core last week. Former going exactly opposite to its title throws audiences to and fro several times to ensure that they end up only getting bored of it. (Star Ratings: **1/2)

10 Point Movie Review:

# Looks like the film is a challenge to the audiences via its title - 'Baar Baar Dekho'. And it is a lesson for life, literally.

# Sidharth travels in time to realise what could go wrong if he doesn't change his attitude towards the little things happening around him.

# He has performed fairly well in the movie. But, what pulls down his act is the sense of maturity which was needed to take the character beyond certain limits.

# After watching Katrina in more than 30 movies, I can finally say that she has become one of the finest dancers of B-Town industry; still I doubt about her acting skills.

# 'Baar Baar Dekho' works completely fine with its visuals which are perfectly framed, very colorful and comes with every reason to keep your eyes glued to it, including bare bodies of the lead actors.

# Other actors Sarika, Ram Kapoor, Sayani Gupta and Rohan Joshi have also done a significant role in boosting up the energy. Blame it on the concept which didn't let anyone perform to their caliber.

# The film excels with its music. From background scores to already famous tracks, there is barely any song in the movie which you would not want in your playlist. Watch Baar Baar Dekho trailer here:

# Nitya Mehra's direction seems to be influenced more from the advice of its producers. Though it is his first movie as the director but it was more noticeable that Karan Johar's mind is working behind the camera.

# Ravi K. Chandran should be given full marks for his flawless location picking skills. He is a master and it shows on 'Baar Baar Dekho' screens.

# Last Words: Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra fans must watch 'Baar Baar Dekho', but those who want a good watch can opt for other releases like Nawazuddin's 'Freaky Ali'.
