Aryan Khan case: NCB's witness Prabhakar Sail dies of heart attack

New Delhi : Prabhakar Sail, NCB's witness in Aryan Khan's drugs on cruise case has reportedly died after suffering a heart attack at his residence in Mumbai.

Advocate Tushar Khandare confirmed the death of Mr Sail and said that there is no foul play in the matter as he was at his home with family.

Mumbai | NCB's panch witness in Cordelia cruise drug case, Prabhakar Sail died yesterday. As per his lawyer Tushar Khandare, he died of a heart attack at his residence in Mahul area of Chembur yesterday.

Sail is survived by his mother, wife and two children. The family has decided for his brothers to come from village before the cremation takes place.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was among the first ones to get arrested on a cruise ship in drugs case. After a long 26-day custody and several court hearings, the Bombay High Court had granted Aryan Khan bail on October 28.

He had walked out of jail on October 30, 2021.
