Domestic Violence: Actor Karan Mehra arrested on wife's complaint

New Delhi : Famous TV actor Karan Mehra has been arrested by Mumbai Police on Monday night after his wife registered a police complaint of domestic violence against him.

According to news agency ANI, his statements are being recorded at Goregaon Police Station and Mumbai Police. 

‘Nisha Rawal filed a complaint against Mehra following a brawl. A case has been registered: Mumbai Police’, reads the tweet.

Since past few days, it has been learned that the couple was having some trouble in their marital life. They were apparently trying to sort out the differences before Nisha filed a complaint.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Karan Mehra and Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki’s Nisha Rawal dated each other for six years and tied the knot on November 24, 2012 and became proud parents in 2017.
