The Kapil Sharma Show: Navjot Singh Sidhu demands his seat back from Archana Puran Singh

Mumbai : Comedian Kapil Sharma turned the show into laughter riot as he involved Navjot Singh Sidhu and Archana Puran Singh in fixture for the seat. Claiming it to be a love letter from her husband, the comedia read out a message sent by Sidhu: 'Get off my seat'.

On Saturday's episode, Kapil Sharma read, "Dear Archana, I love you a lot and I pray for your well-being. I hope you become so healthy that you won't fit in a chair. For you, I can leave my home, my work and my city if you could please vacant my seat." He then added, "Yours lovingly, Navjot Singh Sidhu;" his addition left audiences amused and a laughter riot was scene on the set with Archana concluding it saying, "OK fine!"

Navjot Singh Sidhu was asked to leave the show after he made some political remarks related to the Pulwama attacks earlier this year. After his remarks, the social media was outraged and several campaigns were seen with #BoycottSidhu. Archana was roped in as his replacement. She has filled the role in the past, as well, when Sidhu was taken ill.

"All this is propaganda. I believe banning people, sending Sidhu out of the show is not the right solution. We need to look for a permanent solution," Kapil had said in an interview.

The most recent episode of the Kapil Sharma Show saw Badhaai Ho actors Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta as guests.
