Here are two easy ways to ensure safety and security

FIRST: Try to make a phone call from inside the changing room if you are able to make a phone call without any interference then there are chances that the room is safe and there is no hidden camera inside it

Reason optical fibre cable used for the security camera create a hindrance while receiving signals on mobile phone

SECOND: Check the mirror in front of you that it is a two way mirror or one way mirror

Touch your finger on the surface of mirror if you see a minor gap between the tips of your fingers then then you're safe otherwise the mirror could be a shady one
