3.2 magnitude earthquake strikes Jammu and Kashmir on Friday morning

Srinagar : Earthquake of 3.2 magnitude were felt in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday morning. As per latest reports, the mild tremors were felt at around 3.49 AM.

The good news remains that no reports of casualties or damage has come so far. 

Earlier, Jammu and Kashmir had experienced earthquake on May 29 and May 18 when an tremors of 5.0 magnitude had shaken the area.According to the US Geological Survey, the epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Hindu Kush Region in Afghanistan at the depth of 180 kilometre.

In March, an earthquake of magnitude 4.8 shook the northwestern parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
