Watch: Air Asia staff torture passengers, put AC blower on full to vacate the plane

Kolkata : Passengers travelling from Kolkata to Bagdogra via Air Asia flight had to face traumatic behaviour by airlines staff after the flight got delayed by over four hours. 

According to media reports, passengers were asked to deboard the flight after four-hour delay. The airline put the air-conditioning blower on full in order to vacate the plane after the passengers had refused to do so without any explanation for the same.

West Bengal Indian Oil Corporation Executive Director Dipankar Ray who too was traveling in the flight reiterated the same situation and went ahead to complain about the crew’s less than impolite behaviour. According to him, flight was initially delayed by 30 minutes, but after one and half hours, the captain asked passengers to deboard the plane without any explanation.

He added,”When passengers refused to deboard due to heavy rains outside, the captain put the air-conditioning blower on full blast to hound the passengers out. It created a scary scene as heavy fog was created inside the plane and it was very suffocating.”

However, Air Asia in a statement claimed that refreshment and alternate arrangement was offered to the passengers.
