CCTV footage captures sinking road in Delhi's RK Puram

New Delhi : These days people are hearing news about land sinking in hill stations like Joshimath and Kashmir, but to a shock Delhi people also witnessed a sinking road and the incident has been captured in the CCTV camera as well. However, it does not look like a natural disaster but a human mistake that could have endangered the lives of humans.

A video has been shared on social media showing how a road caved in Delhi's RK Puram area, engulfing two bikes and a dog. No casualties have been reported in the incident that saw a man nearly escaping a fall into the caved in road.

In the video, two bikes can be seen parked on the road with a dog resting between them. After a while, a portion of road collapses with one bike and dog going in it, seconds later a man comes in and escapes the fall, but another bike in the frame falls inside the caved portion. The video has been shared by news agency ANI on its official Twitter handle.

Soon after the incident, nearby people were seen rushing towards the portion of the road that caved in. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

There are also no reports over the condition of dog that fell into the gorge.
