Domestic LPG cylinder gets costlier by Rs 50, commercial gets dearer by Rs 350.50

Delhi : Ahead of Holi and after the elections, the government has given a LPG shock to the common man by increasing the prices for domestic cylinders by Rs 50 per unit and commercial cylinder by Rs 350.50 per unit. The new prices will come to effect from today onwards.

With the hike, the domestic cylinder (14.2 kgs) in Delhi will now cost Rs 1103 per unit and the commercial cylinder (19 kgs) will now be retailed at a price of Rs 2119.50 per unit.

The domestic LPG cylinder prices have been hiked after 8 months. Last year, the prices were revised in July 1. Since then, the prices for commercial cylinders were changed but the domestic LPG cylinders were being retailed at the same price.
