New Delhi : With polling coming to an end for the single-phase assembly elections in two states – Haryana and Maharashtra, the exit polls predicted a win for the Bharatiya Janata Party.

While exit polls predicted the Devendra Fadnavis-led BJP-Shiv Sena alliance to come back to power in Maharashtra, it also predicted for the BJP to form government again in Haryana with a clear green signal.

With maximum exit polls predicting a clear win for the saffron party, it is expected that they will be fetching around 200 seats out of 288-member Maharashtra Assembly and more than 70 seats in 90-seat Haryana Assembly.

For Haryana

The Times Now exit poll gave a clear signal to the BJP with 71 seats and Congress 11 seats. The Jan Ki Bat has also given the BJP 57, and Congress 17, with 16 for other parties.

According to NewsX predictions, BJP got highest number of seats with 77, Congress got 11 and others received just 2.

The exit poll by ATV9 Bharatvarsh has predicted the BJP with much lower figure of just over half the seats at 47, and the Congress at 23, and others at 20. However, the Poll of Polls has given the BJP 69, Congress 11 and others 10.

News 18-IPSOS predicted that the BJP will get 75 seats, Congress 10 and others will get only 5. As per ABP News-C Voter predicted BJP getting 72 seats, Congress 8 and others only 10.

For Maharashtra

The Times Now exit poll gave BJP 230 seats, while the Congress-NCP managed to get only 48 seats. 10 seats were given other political parties.

As per the India Today-My Axis poll, the BJP-Shiv Sena is expected to get 181 seats. The Congress-NCP alliance is expected to get only 81 seats, while 26 seats went to the smaller parties.

The News 18-IPSOS exit poll gave a massive victory to the BJP-Shiv Sena alliance, giving it 243 seats. As per this exit poll, Congress-NCP has got 41 seats and just 4 seats went to others.

As per the ABP News-C Voter prediction, 204 seats went for the BJP, 69 for the Congress and 15 seats for other parties.
