New Delhi : Those who refuse to accept Rs 10 coin will land up direct in jail and will face sedition charges; this message is being circulated over the internet with a great pace in our society.

The message also claims that this new guideline has been issued by none other than Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

News Heads would like to clarify that this is just a viral message no such guideline has been issued. While, people must also know that all Rs 10 coins are valid and can be used as legal tender.

Design may vary but this is not a reason to get worried as RBI does it intentionally on coins. So far no design has been discontinued.

It is also advised that people must not spread misleading messages in the society.
