PM Modi Prioritizes Qatar over India’s Honor: Dr. K. A. Paul Slams PM’s Diplomatic Double Standards

New Delhi : Global peace ambassador and humanitarian Dr. K. A. Paul has raised serious concerns over Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision to personally receive the leader of Qatar at the airport while being treated differently by the United States leadership. In a video address, Dr. Paul questioned whether money and oil influence India's diplomatic gestures, contrasting Modi’s warm receptions of foreign leaders with the treatment he received during his visit to the U.S.
Dr. Paul pointed out that during Prime Minister Modi’s recent visit to the United States, neither President Donald Trump, his family members, nor any senior officials came to receive him at the U.S. airport. However, in stark contrast, when American Presidents visit India, PM Modi personally stands at the airport to welcome them with open arms, often with grand gestures including hugs and elaborate receptions.
Highlighting the apparent diplomatic imbalance, Dr. Paul expressed disappointment, stating, “As an Indian, I have shown the world—including 155 presidents and six American presidents, many of whom came to the airport to receive me—that India commands respect. Yet, I am heartbroken by how Prime Minister Modi is being humiliated globally.”
The video, which is rapidly gaining traction, underscores the need for India to maintain its self-respect and uphold international diplomatic protocols without bias. Dr. Paul urged Indians to recognize these disparities and take pride in India’s sovereignty and global stature.
Concluding his address, Dr. Paul called upon fellow Indians to work towards making India the number one nation under strong and principled leadership. He appealed to citizens to share this message widely so that every Indian becomes aware of the reality of international diplomatic dynamics.
