Priyanka Chopra aspires to become Prime Minister of India. Read why?

New Delhi : Actress Priyanka Chopra is riding high on her successful career, thanks to her hard work. She recently married musician Nick Jonas and now it has been learned that she wants to become the Prime Minister of India and would like Nick to take up the President's post to "make a change".

Speaking to The Sunday Times, she talked about her political aspiration. "I would love to run for Prime Minister of India. I would love Nick to run for President," Priyanka, 36, said. "I don’t like the things associated with politics, but I know that both of us really want to make a change. Never say never," added the Barfi actor.

In her whole career, she has remained unpolitical and prefers to cheer for humanity. While, for Nick Jonas she feels, "he’s not afraid to use the word (feminist) and I love that."

On the professional front, Priyanka will next be seen in The Sky is Pink with Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim. She is currently in New York with her husband and will soon return to India to shoot for her upcoming film.
