Seven points PM Modi appealed in his address over lockdown extension

New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed the nation to announce an extension of the lock-down till May 3.

While he made the announcement, claiming it to be a necessary step at the time, he also mentioned seven points which everyone must adhere to defeat coronavirus and keep everyone safe. The seven points he mentioned are:

1: Take care of the elders, especially those who have a history of illness.

2: Lakshman Rekha of the house must not be violated. 

3:Always wear a mask (homemade) when you step out to buy the essentials and medicines.

4: Increase your immunity, drink hot water, brew (Kadha) and follow the instructions given by Ministry of Ayush.

5: Download Arogya Setu application to effectively fight the virus.

6: Be kind to people who are working for you. Do not fire them from their jobs during the time of crisis.

7: Respect all the frontline warriors and show them your support.
