New Delhi : Congress President Rahul Gandhi evaded a direct question on him becoming the Prime Minister of India if anti-BJP party wins the election, but he replied to the question over his plans of marriage.

On Tuesday, Rahul Gandhi confessed that he is married; not to a person but to his party. The reply came during a media interaction where he claimed that Narendra Modi will not become Prime Minister in 2019.

He predicted that Bharatiya Janata Party will not get even 230 Lok Sabha seats so there is no question of Narendra Modi returning as Prime Minister of India. The BJP tally will fall short as non-BJP parties have united in major states like Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

Rahul Gandhi also slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi over employment issue where he quoted that China gives employment to 50,000 people in 24 hours while India manages only 458 people.

Rahul Gandhi is currently on a two-day visit to Hyderabad.
