New Delhi : The recently concluded Delhi MCD polls were seen as litmus test for the ruling AAP as it can be seen as the semi-finals for the 2019 state polls.

The fight was between ruling BJP and new entrant AAP for the 270 wards in the national capital.

Just two days ahead of the poll results, the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal warned to launced a movement against BJP and election commission if exit poll comes true.

According to exit poll results, the BJP is going to get over 200 wards and will win handsomely.

If the predictions are true it will be a huge jolt to AAP as they have lost in Goa, Punjab and the by-polls in Delhi.

Kejriwal said the AAP was born out of a movement and it will not hesitate to go back to its roots.

Earlier, Kejriwal, had demanded the polls of MCD to be happened through ballot papers, but the EC refuted the plea.

The Delhi State Election Commission, has said the EVMs are completely safe. They even went on to say, why AAP didn’t raise any issues over the EVMs when the party won 67 out of 70 seats in Delhi Assembly polls.
