New Delhi : Being a model takes a lot of effort. It is not always about how beautiful you are. A model also has to be physically fit. They have to dress up for various brands and don different styles. That can only happen if they’re flexible enough. One such model who makes a point to stay physically and mentally fit is Victoria Triay Klein. 

Victoria Triay Klein is a Miami model who started pursuing her goals at 13. At 17, she got her first fashion gig for a small project. Sometimes, she would get paid. Sometimes she would work to make contacts and build a profile. Eventually, her hard work paid off. Today, Victoria is one of the most stunning models in Miami.

Along with walking the ramp, Victoria loves being in the gym. She values fitness a lot. The model makes sure to spend at least 30 minutes working out, even if she is super busy. Fitness helps her release stress and understand the needs of her body more. 

The model shares, “For me, fitness is not about having a particular kind of body. I love being the way I am because it helps me love myself more. When I am running or working out, I can feel the stress releasing out of my body. I don’t feel tired but rejuvenated after my work out. It not only helps me to stay physically fit but also mentally healthy. Whenever I have a bad or low day, I either go for a run outside or on the treadmill. Thirty minutes later, my mood is completely changed.”

Model Victoria Triay Klein is very active on social media. She often shares videos and photos while working out. With her breathtaking pictures, Victoria gives her followers fashion goals. But with her workout posts, she encourages them to love and care for their body.

Victoria further adds that one must not overdo anything to remain fit. “Fit and healthy body isn’t about exercising for hours. It is important to have a balance and healthy meal with required nutrients. Food also plays a key role in our health. I also take a day off from work out to give my body enough rest. After all, just the way our mind gets tired, even our body feels exhausted. So good rest and sleep are equally important,” shares Klein.
