Perth : People across the world try their best to stay and look young but only few manage to do it successfully. Carolyn Hartz is one of those who is setting example for the young ones on how to stay fit and slim with small changes in the diet plan.

The 70-year-old woman from Australia has set a new benchmark as she defeated age with strict fitness and beauty regimes. She is giving fitness goals to an entire generation with her ageless features and a stunning bikini body that she has maintained.

While people might be scratching their heads to find the secret to such a perfect body, Carolyn Hartz says she has maintained herself by simply giving up on white refined sugar from her diet.

The reason why she gave up on white sugar is that she was diagnosed with diabetes 30 years back, and her blood sugar level normalised in a year.

She recently shared an image of herself from a beach and there are high chances that many would not be able to guess her age.

She is a grand mother of four and had been on a strict diet to maintain fitness. Recently, Carolyn also taken up lawn tennis to maintain her body.

Hartz then went on to start an artificial sweetener firm and added a lot of walking, eight hours of sleep, meditation and sports to her routine.
