New Delhi : Age is just a number and this has been proven many times by the people across the world. A 75-year-old man entered his name to Guinness World Records by performing headstand. The man has been identified as Tony Helou who hails from Deux-Montagnes, Canada.

The video of him performing the headstand has been shared by Guinness World Records on social media. Notably, Tony set the record on October 16, 2021, at the age of 75 years and 33 days.

Sharing the video on Instagram, the page wrote: "Oldest person to perform a headstand: 75-year-old Tony Helou"



He is definitely an inspiration to many people who think doing workout is a thing for young people.
