NASA scientist Jack Fischer talks about spotting aliens in space

New Delhi : Astronaut and Col. Jack Fischer addressed hundreds of people at the NASA Glenn Research Center, talking about alien spotting in space and Mars mission.

Jack Fischer had spent four and a half months in the International Space Station before he returned to Earth in September.

Along with his team he has done some ground-breaking research on the treatment of cancer.

“An experiment known as ADC -- which is basically smart chemotherapy,” said Fischer. “So this drug goes after and attacks antibodies on the cancerous tissue and then keeps the healthy tissue totally okay.”

He also talked about the importance of all the space missions for betterment of humans' life.

As for seeing any aliens or UFOs, “I haven’t! I wish I had. If I had, I would’ve taken pictures; I’d be rich, but I haven’t yet,” said Fischer. “I definitely believe that there are others out there because when you see how many stars there are you can’t possibly think we’re the only ones.”

He is excited and looking forward to see the developments from NASA's upcoming Mars mission that will begin this summer.
