Dhoni's wife Sakshi Singh hits back at Sanjeev Goenka

New Delhi : On the eve of IPL auctions earlier this year, Pune Supergiant changed their captain from MS Dhoni to Steven Smith. The change has instigated a possible rift between Dhoni and Pune owners. MS Dhoni is India’s best captain and most successful skipper in the history of IPL, with two trophies.

A controversial tweet by the brother of Pune owner Sanjeev Goenka established that all is not well in the Supergiant camp.

Harsh Goenka attracted a lot of criticism for his alleged anti-Dhoni tweet which sparked a frenzy on the social media. "Smith proves who's the king of the jungle. Overshadows Dhoni totally. Captains innings. Great move to appoint him as captain," he said in his tweet which was deleted later.

While the tweet got Indian cricket fans up in arms, it also managed to evoke a strong response from Dhoni's wife Sakshi who took to Instagram and seemingly took a dig at Harsh Goenka for insulting her husband.
