New Delhi : India’s gold medal winner at the Olympics, Neeraj Chopra, met Indian women’s under 19 team ahead of their ICC under 19 Women’s T20 World Cup Final on January 29th.

BCCI women official Twitter account shared some of the glimpse of the meeting on their social media account, tagging it as a 'gold standard meeting'.

Neeraj has an experience of handling the pressure situation and so forth, he shared his experience and also tips to tackle the situation when the pressure is mounting on the heads of the players.

Neeraj had thrown 87.58m in the final of the men's javelin throw at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 to finish with India's second-only individual gold medal ever. The first individual gold medal for India was won by shooter Abhinav Bindra in 10m rifle event.

Meanwhile, Team India won the semi-final against New Zealand to enter the final. It is the first under 19 Women’s T20 World Cup and India has become the first team to reach the final. They will be playing the game against England, who came to the final after defeating Australia in a nail-biting thriller.
