"India will win world cup again": MS Dhoni explains Oreo connection
New Delhi : Mahendra Singh Dhoni likes to surprise people with his humour and surprises and he did something similar when he tried to establish a connection between India's win in the upcoming world cup and oreo biscuit.
On Saturday, MS Dhoni posted on Facebook and claimed that he will announce something exciting on Sunday at around 2 pm. Since then, there were speculations that he may announce his retirement from the Indian Premier League as well.
Resting all the speculations, Mahendra Singh Dhoni addressed a press conference and launched Oreo biscuit in India 'AGAIN'. Oreo biscuit is already available in India for more than a decade; when reporters asked questions over the whole thing, ex-Indian skipper MS Dhoni explained the whole thing and the connection which may help Team India in winning the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022.
"India won the world cup in 2011, Oreo biscuit was launched in India in 2011. So if we launch the biscuit again in 2022, India will win the upcoming world cup again in 2022," MS Dhoni explained.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni had retired from the international cricket on 15 August 2020. He had played his last international game against New Zealand in 2019 world cup. Since then he is playing only in Indian Premier League for Chennai Super Kings.
