Mumbai : Mumbai Indians (MI) players were elated to see themselves in the playoffs as Gujarat Titans scored a remarkable win over Royal Challengers Bangalore, who missed their playoff seat due to the same reason. MI have qualified for the playoffs with 16 points.

Soon after learning their entry into playoffs, the players were seen bursting into joy, jumping and dancing to celebrate their entry.

MI took to Instagram and shared a video showcasing the jubilant celebrations of players like Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Cameron Green, Ishan Kishan, and more, as they enthusiastically jumped and rejoiced. This ecstatic reaction was in response to Gujarat's impressive six-wicket triumph over RCB. As a result of RCB's defeat, MI secured the fourth spot on the points table.

Earlier, Mumbai Indians scored a win over Sunrisers Hyderabad to ensure 16 points on the IPL table. In their final league match of the IPL at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai Indians secured a commanding eight-wicket victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad, propelled by Cameron Green's splendid maiden century (100*) and Rohit Sharma's impressive half-century.

On Wednesday, at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, Mumbai Indians will face Lucknow Super Giants in the Eliminator match of IPL 2023.
