Delhi : The iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro, both powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, are now available in China. These handsets, in addition to the new flagship processor, have cutting-edge hardware, enhanced design, and the Android 14 OS-based OriginOS. The iQOO 12 will be available in India on December 12, according to the company.




The iQOO 12 has a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution, while the iQOO 12 Pro has a 6.78-inch curved E7 AMOLED screen with 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, and the firm refers to them as "Future eSports flagships" with a big vapour chamber.

Both smartphones have up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage, with base models starting at 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. These phones also include stereo speakers, with the earpiece serving as the secondary speaker.The rear of these smartphones features an identical triple camera arrangement with a 50 MP wide-angle lens, a 50 MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 64 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom capabilities. On the front, there is a 16 MP selfie camera with 1080p video recording capability.

The iQOO 12 features a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging capability, while the iQOO 12 Pro has a slightly larger 5,100 mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging compatibility. Despite being a flagship smartphone, the USB-C connector only supports USB 2.0 data transmission.

The iQOO 12 begins at 3,999 Yuan (roughly Rs 45,700) in China for the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage configuration. Similarly, the iQOO 12 Pro's base model costs 4,999 Yuan (roughly Rs 57,150).
