Delhi : Samsung is getting ready to release new Galaxy A series smartphones in India soon. The Galaxy A series of smartphones will be on sale in India this month, though the company hasn't said which specific models would be included.

Samsung, however, has stated that it would introduce new Galaxy A series smartphones on January 18 at noon (IST). Samsung has created a microsite with essential details for the forthcoming launch of the Galaxy A series in India. Three colour options—Awesome Black, Awesome Burgundy, and Awesome Green—will be available for the next Galaxy A series smartphones.

A 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate has also been verified by Samsung, however the panel's type—OLED or LCD—hasn't been specified. Furthermore, Samsung has stated that the forthcoming Galaxy A series device would have a two-day battery life. The devices would run Android 13 with the One UI layer on top.

A triple-camera arrangement is also visible on the rear, and Samsung promotes the "No Shake Cam," which verifies optical image stabilisation (OIS). Additionally, according to the website, the forthcoming Galaxy A line of handsets will include "super-fast" 5G processing.
