Delhi : As the much-anticipated Reality Pro mixed reality headset and OS system improvements approach Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 5, a fresh rumour by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman claims that the tech giant may also introduce a number of new Macs.

A "pair of high-end Macs" that Apple is testing, according to the source, might be powered by the M2 Max and the next M2 Ultra chipset.  A possible example of one of the devices is the Mac Studio, which was introduced more than a year ago and is powered by the M1 Max and M1 Ultra chipset.

Gurman stated a few days ago that a huge 15-inch and updated 13-inch MacBook Air powered by the M2 processor are already in development. According to rumours, the 15-inch MacBook Air will look similar to the M2 MacBook Air and have two USB Type-C ports as well as MagSafe charging. The basic model is expected to come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, according to other technical specifications.

The M2 Max or M2 Ultra is most likely going to power the forthcoming iMac, which will also come in a variety of colours. The Apple expert also said that Apple is developing an iMac and MacBook Air with M3 processors; the latter is anticipated to debut at WWDC 2023 and go on sale somewhere in the second half of the year.

Gurman said last week that Apple will begin taking trade-ins for the Mac Studio, 13-inch M2 MacBook Air, and 13-inch M2 MacBook Pro, suggesting that the company may introduce a number of new Macs at WWDC 2023.
