Delhi : Tata Motors introduced the Altroz iCNG in India earlier this month. The automaker also unveiled a number of new features, such as an electric sunroof that can now be operated via voice commands and is now offered in both petrol and diesel versions.

The Altroz XM+ S model offers an electronic sunroof as an option. With a price of Rs 7.90 lakh (ex-showroom), it is the most cheapest vehicle with this functionality in India. The price of the diesel XM+ S version (ex-showroom) is Rs 9.25 lakh.

A wireless phone charger and an air purifier with an AQI reading on the infotainment system are further features of the Altroz in addition to an electric sunroof.

A 1.5-liter diesel engine with 89 BHP and 200 Nm and 1.2-liter engines with 109 BHP and 140 Nm each power the Altroz. The 1.2-liter petrol engine produces 87 BHP and 115 Nm. The 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine has a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox option, however all engines come standard with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
