BSNL offers free one year Amazon Prime subscription: Here's how to avail the offer

New Delhi : The state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has launched a new scheme for its postpaid mobile and landline customers under which they will get one-year subscription of Amazon Prime for free. Amazon Prime membership costs Rs. 999 per year and has unlimited streaming of the latest movies and TV shows; faster delivery and exclusive deals on shopping; advertisement-free music with unlimited offline downloads.

The BSNL telecom operator is offering an attractive mobile postpaid plan starting from Rs. 399. Besides landline postpaid customers can also avail the offer. 

BSNL Amazon Prime complimentary subscription is available to its mobile postpaid customers on Rs. 399 plan or above. The offer is also valid for landline postpaid plans starting from Rs. 745 and above. The only thing is that BSNL customers need to ensure that their postpaid plan is in Active state when claiming the offer. However, the offer is not available for existing Amazon Prime members and for BSNL service numbers. 

Here's how to get one year free Amazon Prime subscription with BSNL

  • BSNL customers need to visit portal2.bsnl.in/myportal 
  • After visiting the web link click on the Amazon Prime banner
  • Users then need to enter their subscription details such as mobile/landline number, email id, State and click on Submit
  • Upon which, users will need to activate the offer using their Amazon login details.
  • Customers, then, must download Prime Video app on compatible devices and start streaming

To inform, BSNL has started offering data carry forward facility to its postpaid users, however, the service is currently available with the Rs. 525 postpaid plan in Kolkata circle. The plan comes with 80GB of data along with the carry forward option of up to 200GB.
