Delhi : Have you ever tried sharing a special group photo from a family gathering, company party, or college reunion on Instagram Stories? When they learn they must personally tag each of the 10–12 persons in the photo, many people's initial reaction is remorse. When there are several group images to upload, the issue simply gets worse. However, Instagram may soon provide a new function that will allow you to mention your entire group with a single tag. Although this feature is currently in testing, it will likely save a ton of time once it is released.

Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri made the following announcement in the early hours of August 11: "We're exploring a way to tag a group of people in a story with a single mention. Anyone in the group can use a group mention they've already created to automatically tag everyone in any future stories. Therefore, you may more simply add everyone if you're on a summer trip with pals rather than having to tag each person separately.

Similar to forming a new group, this feature will probably function similarly for mentions. As a result, you can form a group and select members for it. After that, you may just type whenever you publish a picture of the same group.

This is a really cool feature that will make it easier and more efficient for many individuals to publish on Instagram. This is a quality-of-life feature where Instagram has improved the usability of an existing function rather than adding new ways to interact with the platform or new things to do. Instagram has recently increased the number of features in its app that improve the quality of life.

Users of TikTok have been able to download Reels ever since the app's introduction, but it wasn't until last month that the capability was officially implemented. Similar to TikTok, downloaded Reels will also have a watermark, which is likely to draw users without Instagram accounts to the app. Instagram previously offered the ability to upload music to Notes, the section located above your DMs.
