Delhi : Microsoft has disclosed that it would be significantly altering how Windows controls which apps open particular files by default and how users may add programmes to their Start menu on the taskbar or desktop.

A new deep link "universal resource identifier" will be released by the tech giant "When modifying how Windows 11 reacts to particular links and file types, developers can use the (URI) to direct users to the appropriate portion of the Settings menu.
