NETFLIX to disable 'autoplay' feature on application
New Delhi : The annoying feature of 'autoplay' on the Netflix application has been finally disabled by the app makers. For years, Netflix users had been complaining about it and were annoyed to see trailer running soon after entering the platform.
The credit goes to an American woman Sarah Hollowell who complained about it on Twitter.
The company made an announcement on Twitter that they are adding a disable button on the app to give users more option.
"We've heard the feedback loud and clear - members can now control whether or not they see autoplay previews on Netflix," wrote Netflix on Twitter Friday, responding to the tweet from Hollowell where she said she was willing to give away her "entire kingdom" for a way to turn off the autoplay while browsing Netflix.

To disable or enable autoplay, users will have to sign in to Netflix from a web browser, go to the 'Manage Profiles' option and choose the setting they like.
