Delhi : Manu Sharma, VP and GM of Nothing India, announced today that the Nothing Phone 2 will be produced in India. The executive confirmed in a statement to the media that the upcoming "premium" Phone 2 smartphone from Nothing will have a transparent design that calls for advanced manufacturing techniques and precise engineering, potentially enhancing the nation's capacity to produce smartphones. In July, Phone 2 is expected to go worldwide. "Smartphones are famous for nothing except their recognizable transparent designs. These designs call for sophisticated production techniques and precise engineering, which have improved India's smartphone manufacturing skills.

ā€¯Sharma continued, "Our desire to produce in India demonstrates our dedication to the needs of the regional market. We are pleased to announce that India would be the country of production for Phone 2. London-based Nothing is moving forward with plans to create more than 230 licenced service locations in more than 250 cities while also increasing local customer assistance.

Nothing Phone 2 everything we know so far

The Phone 2 is being hailed as one of the greenest cellphones available before it even goes on sale. According to reports, the phone uses three times as many recycled or bio-based components than Phone 1; the outside frame is made completely of recycled aluminium, and there is no plastic at all in the box. The carbon footprint of the Phone 2 is nearly 5 kg less than that of the Phone 1, according to the manufacturer, and the final assembly facilities where it is being made are said to be entirely run on renewable energy.

Before it ever goes on sale, the Phone 2 is already being acclaimed as one of the greenest telephones available. The exterior frame of the phone is entirely composed of recycled aluminium, and there is no plastic at all in the box. Reportedly, the phone employs three times as many recycled or bio-based components than Phone 1. According to the manufacturer, the carbon footprint of the Phone 2 is over 5 kg lower than that of the Phone 1, and the final assembly facilities where it is built are stated to be totally powered by renewable energy.
